Michelle Dessler is Tony Almeida’s wife. She is “incensed and insulted” that Tony is being detained for treason and has a few words to say to the government.

Hello,

My name is Michelle Dessler and I am Tony Almeida’s wife. Tony and I met three years ago at CTU and are very much in love. We plan to spend the rest of our lives together to follow each other wherever we go, and be happy together until the end of our days. That will NOT happen as long as Tony is imprisoned for twenty years, no thanks to the people who want to throw him in jail for something he did not do.

Tony was trying to save my life. Why? Because I am his wife. He didn’t want to see me get cut up with a knife by that evil, scheming, terrorist lowlife. Tony went through a lot of strife just to save my life, the life of his wife, because he’s just rife with love for his wife.

I am incensed and insulted that Tony is being detained for treason and that I’m not allowed to see him. He’s my husband. It doesn’t matter if he’s a criminal or not, we love each other and that’s all that matters.

Tony, if you can read this letter I just want you to know that there’s a place for us, somewhere a place for us, with peace and quiet and open air. Hold my hand and we’re halfway there. Hold my hand and I’ll take you there. Some way, some how…
